The Ripper Cap is your premium “speed” option—built for customers who want the fastest pour possible. It can transfer 5 gallons in as little as 38 seconds, which is up to 500% faster than a standard 5-gallon fuel container. Position it as the cap for riders, racers, and crews who are done wasting time at the fill-up.

Fit + application (set expectations at the counter):

• Designed for top-load tank openings where the jug can be held straight up and down while dispensing.

• Not for side-load applications.

• Requires a tank inlet at least 1.42” (ideal target opening 1.5” or larger).

Correct setup is key for performance:

• Vent line must be securely installed in the nozzle and inserted into the jug handle when installed.

• Target tank neck must be clear and short enough—filters, obstructions, or a neck longer than the Ripper nozzle can cause blowback due to the high flow rate.

For smaller openings or shallow tanks (common on KTM, GasGas, and similar), adapters are available separately.
